1. If I support ULTRAMASSIVE on Kickstarter does that secure my copy of ULTRAMASSIVE?
Any amount of support for ULTRAMASSIVE through Kickstarter will be greatly appreciated by STUDIO UNKNOWN, however, only backers who back Kickstarter tiers that specifically state that they include a physical copy of the game will receive a physical copy of ULTRAMASSIVE.
2. I missed the opportunity to back ULTRAMASSIVE on Kickstarter but am still interested in purchasing the game. Will ULTRAMASSIVE be available for purchase following the end of the Kickstarter campaign?
Following the end of the Kickstarter campaign, ULTRAMASSIVE will be available for purchase through the store on this website. We plan to sell copies of ULTRAMASSIVE to retail and will update information on where to purchase ULTRAMASSIVE and other STUDIO UNKNOWN games in a timely manner as those updates unfold.
3. A product on the store I want is sold out; do you take handle backorders?
Yes! We handle backorders for items that are currently out of stock and update frequently. Additionally, if you would like to know when products are back in stock or when new products arrive, we highly recommend joining our mailing list for all STUDIO UNKNOWN updates.
4. I run a local game shop and want to purchase a large order of ULTRAMASSIVE games. Do you have purchasing options for retail?
